Norman Jeffery Healey, known as Jeff, was born in Toronto, Canada on March 25th 1966.
When he was one year old he developed retinoblastoma, a canacer of the eyes, and his eyes had to be surgically removed.
He began playing guitar at the age of 3, developing his incredible an dunique style (see the videos).
He signed with Arista records in 1988 and his first album was See the Light
His band was featured in the Patrick Swayze film Road House (see Road House Blues video)
Sadly Jeff died from his cancer on March 2nd 2008
